iPad 3G Official US Release Date - April 30 5pm

The Apple iPad 3g finally has an official release date! Apple has announce in their marketplace that all pre ordered iPad 3g's will ship Friday, April 30th, at 5:00pm. This is only the official retail launch for the United States pre-ordered buyers. If you did not pre order the iPad 3g, you can expect to receive your device by may 7th.

Apple has not made an official retail launch for worldwide iPad 3g's, but based on the number of times they rescheduled the US launch, you can expect it around summertime or early fall.
